Return Policy

At BodySaby habibi, your satisfaction is important to us.

Return requests must be made within 14 days of receiving the order.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be new, unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.

For hygiene reasons, open, tried on, or worn body shapers cannot be returned or exchanged.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, with a flat fee of €9 per return.

A 5% restocking fee may apply.

In case of a defective product or order error, please contact us within 48 hours with photos.
